MEGYN IN A QUIET MOMENT

She had been a successful Chicago attorney up to age 33, handling litigation for major corporations, when she decided to move to the east coast and audition for a job at a local TV station. But as our Lifestyle Editor Sally Knight proves, there are some delicious ideas that use this ingredient in creative ways. She has recipes for a Rachel Sandwich, Reuben Soup, Reuben Eggrolls, Rueben Pizza — or our favorite, a Lobster Reuben with apricot marmalade, caraway seed remoulade, fontina cheese and pickled onion. YUM!
